Returns & Exchanges
At Steinberg Brand, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are committed to assisting you within the guidelines outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached
- Products must be free of stains, odors, or any damage.
- Customized or embroidered items are not eligible for return.
- Return Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds:
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.
- Store credit is delivered via electronic gift card, which never expires and can be used with discounts.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- One free size exchange is allowed per order for the same item, style, and color.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- Contact orders@steinbergbrand.com within 72 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and photos of the item.
- U.S. orders will receive a prepaid return label.
- A replacement item will be shipped after inspection.
Returns or Exchanges are not accepted for the following:
- Custom embroidery and personalized items
- Clearance or discontinued styles
- Event, expo, or pop-up purchases.
- Items marked as FINAL SALE
- Gift Cards
Return Process:
- Ship approved returns within 10 days of authorization
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Email orders@steinbergbrand.com with the following information: Full name, order number, reason for return/exchange, photos (if item is damaged or incorrect).
- You will receive a Return Authorization (RA#) and further instructions.
